Faulty items – we will refund or replace faulty items. You must notify us immediately of receipt by emailing with a note of what is wrong and provide photographs.
If we agree there is a fault we will send you instructions on returning the item(s).
Any requests to return products because you no longer need them will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: We do not accept any liability to the condition of products due to atmospheric conditions such as heat causing for instance chocolate to melt, when the order is in transit.
