Cinnamon & Vanilla Caramelised Peanuts. Peanuts roasted in sugar and then dusted with a generous coating of cinnamon and vanilla to make this a snack like no other!
This is a vegan option of sweet nuts.
These caramelized peanuts are deliciously sweet and crunchy and it will be hard to keep hands out of it.
Known under variety of names like earthnuts, groundnuts, monkeynuts, goobers or arachids. Commonly used in various cuisines.
Peanuts are rich in essential nutrients and contain quite impressive amount of dietary minerals. They are high-protein and good source of Magnesium, Phosphorus and Zinc.
Some facts:
- rich in healthy fat, mainly mono and polyunsaturated,
- rich in protein,
- being low in carbohydrates makes the suitable for diabetes,
- good source of biotin and folate, which are very important during pregnancy,
- some studies show that do not contribute to weight gain and reduce the risk of obesity, despite being rich in protein.
