Milk Chocolate Raisins. Juicy, sweet and chewy raisins coated in smooth chocolate, creating a fabulously moreish treat. Sweeter the plain chocolate raisins and less crunchy than chocolate peanuts or honey combe.
There are several types of raisins: Sultanas, Currants, Flame Seedless raisins, Natural seedless raisins, Golden Seedless raisins, Monukka raisins, Muscat raisins. For some there is difference between: raisins, sultanas and currants.
Ingredients: Raisins, Sugar, Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Vegetable Fat (Palm SG), Whey (from Milk), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin E322), Glazing agents: Gum Arabic, Shellac E904. Milk chocolate contains Vegetable fats in addition to Cocoa Butter. Milk solids 20% minimum, Cocoa solids 20% minimum.
