Baklava Finger Assabee. The name of this baklava comes from its round-finger shape. It`s filled with cashew nuts in the middle of layers of filo pastry, sprinkled with pistachio powder and kept together with honey syrup. It`s sticky and sweet and the pieces are the smallest from our selection.

Several nations claim baklava to be their national dessert. Leaving aside the historical disputes, as to who and where, it needs to be stated that there are some substantial differences among some of them.
Our baklava is a result of our own experiences and preferences and is proved to be widely appreciated by our regular customers and those who come across on it. At the same time seems to be the most traditional one or at least the one which in imagination could be regarded as the one.
