Description
Baklava Kataifi Roll. It`s baked to a golden brown, filled with mixed nuts in the middle of strings of shredded dough, sprinkled with pistachio powder and kept together with honey syrup. It`s sticky, sweet and the pieces are quite big about 100g each. All in order to make your day special.
This baklava is known under several names like: kataifi, katayef, kanafeh, kadayif, kunefe to name but a few.
Several nations claim baklava to be their national dessert. Leaving aside the historical disputes, as to who and where, it needs to be stated that there are some substantial differences among some of them.
Our baklava is a result of our own experiences and preferences and is proved to be widely appreciated by our regular customers and those who come across on it. At the same time seems to be the most traditional one or at least the one which in imagination could be regarded as the one.
Ingredients: shredded dough, mixed nuts, honey-sugar syrup, ghee mix, vegetable oil.
May contain some other types of nuts including peanuts.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Contain gluten.
